By opening the specific development application and the recommended educational program, the Job Taker will gain access to their personal development, possible certification, obtaining authorization, or the required qualification. By accessing the specific development application and educational program, the Job Taker may gain access to personal development, certification, authorization, or required qualifications at their discretion. The access will allow them to pause, resume, replay, or continue the program. By opening the specific service application, the Job Taker/Job Giver/Partner will gain solutions/help/support their needs. Usually, the Programs/Services are asplit by Partners into unpaid and paid. User, at their discretion, completes a program or use a service and can also select a paid program or service. The results of the tests will affect the assessment of progress and will be visible on the Personal Pitch and in (Development / Reputation Ranges). Official documentation confirming the successful completion of education with a legal name will be (after the Visibility decision) available to Job Givers via Personal Pitch/Uniqueness/Motivation/SWOT/Superpowers. |
