JG onboarding is initiated by JG company’s “superadmin” An individual employee is defined as “superadmin” by the JG. This user can later create other company admins.
- Authentification - Language Selection - Consent with general terms and privacy policy for JG - Payment Method Separate Requirement Sheet. Consent not required if written contract with JG in place. Supported by Chatbot if needed.
Capturing basic Company info After authentication, the basic company info should be automatically downloaded from public databases: - Company Name - Company ID - (Company Logo) - Company industry - Company business description - Company size - Company revenue and profitability Optionally, superadmin can enter: - Company Countries in scope (ddl = drop-down-list) - Additional admins responsible for other company units - Company contacts
Must answer IKIGAI questionnaire Compulsory step for superadmin (or other assigned role, e.g. ESG person..) is to answer all of the questions below. They can save draft answers but once the questionnaire is submitted, they cannot change the answers. Meaningful Purpose: - How does your company make the world a better place? - Other than to generate money, what are your people working for? - What do you collectively care about? Unique Competence: - What does your company truly excel at when compared to others? - What can you promise to every single employee in terms of their growth? Passionate People: - During which moments are your people most joyful and most engaged? - How does working at your company make people feel on an average day? - What elements of work that you offer are most fulfilling / people take the most pride in? Sustainable Success: - What strategy using what resources will keep your company profitable over the long term? - What makes employees across functions feel sure they will stay relevant in such a future? - Any other comments (optional, limited length) - Links to external content (optional, with compulsory description field) Supported by chatbot or call-center
Evaluation of IKIGAI questionnaire Once all of the above is submitted, an automatic AI-driven evaluation process takes place in the background (can be accompanied by friendly UI animations): IKIGAI Authenticity Score: 3= answers sound authentic, unique, and are believable 2= answers sound interesting and unique but are hardly realistic 1= answers sound like phrases that many other companies may also use IKIGAI Reality Check Score: Comparing Company’s answers with publicly available data from selected web sources. 3= The public opinion and real-world deeds confirm Company’s claims 2= The public opinion and real-world deeds send mixed messages when it comes to confirming Company’s claims 1= The public opinion and real-world deeds (or lack of such) contradict Company’s claims AI-driven evaluation process designed by ESG experts using worldwide public data
Resulting IKIGAI Profile with Recommendations Graphical depiction of the resulting profile with clear strengths and improvement areas. Each improvement area comes with recommended actions which the Company may accept. In that case, the recommended action appears on Company’s task list.
Company profile approval PW team will approve Company’s final profile before posting of vacancies is enabled for this Company.
