Petar is a sea captain and tavern owner on the island of Vis in Croatia. He organizes cruises for small groups of managers from various European countries. He only recently retired. Petar has a wife with whom I run a renowned local tavern where you can also spend the night. The wife's elderly parents also live with them.

Petar is a natural leader who earns the respect of his listeners and at the same time inspires how to deal with life and master difficult life situations. Thanks to the references, people from the island and from afar look for his presence. For Petar, working at P.W. means using his natural leadership in combination with his life and work experiences with the leadership and development of others for the benefit of people on a personal path.

User backstory

Petar is a pensioner at the peak of his life.
Compared to many, he has as lived several lifetimes. He grew up by the sea. Studied information sciences. Worked in the insurance industry during the 1980s and 1990s, built business networks, and served as a board member. Joined the Navy during the war and ultimately retired as a high-ranking officer. He trained many individuals throughout his professional journey.

His capacity is for strategizing, active listening, influencing, empathizing, and reading between the lines.

User action	Petar drives managers on his boat in 5-day shifts during the yachting season. He teaches them to work with sails and a rudder. It educates them to rediscover non-cognitive abilities and helps them remember what is essential in life. He is a great narrator of life stories. He occasionally organizes multi-boat races between the islands. Its appearance attracts attention, and people leave it inspired and return to their businesses with new energy. One of Petar's clients, who is also a Job Giver on the P.W. platform, recommended him for a Buddy-Master at P.W. and sent him a link via email. Although Petar no longer wanted to work in a corporate environment, he appreciated the recommendation and promised to look into it out of kindness.	Petar opened his laptop on the terrace of the tavern and clicked on the link sent. From his point of view, the P.W. website had all the information security elements. He quickly got to all the basic information. However, he had to stop reading and close the notebook, but he was determined to return to the site and continue.	Logging into P.W. was easy for Petar, also thanks to the fact that the system remembered that he had already been on the site the day before. The virtual assistant sensitively suggested all the languages ​​of the former Yugoslavia for communication and asked which Petar wanted to use, and he could change it at any time. The virtual assistant also suggested that dictating by voice would be more appropriate, allowing Petar to keep his hands free. He agreed. He authenticated through an account with a mobile operator and read and confirmed the consent management.	Since Petar entered the P.W. platforms via the "Become a Buddy" button, after authentication, in addition to automatically starting the evaluation, he could click whether he is interested in the role of Driver Master or Expert. Petar confidently confirmed the role of Master. He was surprised that he could see the assessment results immediately on his Buddy Pitch and recommendations for personal development. At the same time, he received a message from P.W. with a suggestion to arrange an interview with him. The Head of Buddy spoke to him directly. After completing the onboarding seminar, they agreed he would visit the island in person.	After completing the onboarding program, they met in person. The Head of Buddy brought along the Buddy Master from the Albanian city of Shengjin, responsible for P.W Point, helping mainly for asylum seekers but also homeless people. Together, they agreed that Petar would serve as the long-term leader of a group of adult individuals adversely affected by civilizational disturbances. He would also be available to provide temporary assistance for those impacted by military conflicts, as well as natural and technogenic disasters.	Petar's perimeter primarily emphasizes the Mediterranean Sea and its coastline. Thanks to this, he sees all Personal Pitches of Job Takers and their development scoring. He also sees all vacancies in that perimeter. According to the automatic tasks resulting from the matches, Job Takers and Job Givers engage in active assistance according to their choice. Supervise the fulfillment of individual tasks by Job Takers, including tasks from Job Givers, with the principles of P.W: Scout / Responsible / Celebrate / Support / Believe.	For selected Job Takers, for whom Petar noticed the start of their personal development and the first results, he will create a community group divided into Apprentices, Partakers, and Maturants. Petar love their journeys.	According to P.W. principles, Petar moderates the mutual Community discussion, the performance of individual and joint tasks, help build small habits, preparation for interviews, collects feedback, and monitors the motivators of Job Takers and Job Givers, and their preference of Partners. Petar especially helps in life intersection needs. Some members of his community are currently on the move and will temporarily use his tavern. These individuals are typically fleeing from imminent danger. In these situations, he also collaborates with the nearest P.W. points. Additionally, he has encountered burned-out top managers within the community, prompting him to connect with Buddy Experts for support. Job Givers often approach him for detailed information, references, or assurances regarding the proper procedures. Petar enjoys helping others and understands the significance of the P.W. platform and his role as Master.
