| (Delete Account) means: All saved documents on the Dashboard will be downloadable only by the Job Taker/Job Giver/Partner to their verified email addresses. It is not feasible to transmit stored documentation to email addresses of third parties. The connections with other software and its infrastructure will be eliminated. The deletion will encompass logs, IP, credentials, passwords, geolocation, 2F authentications, biometrics, and all personal data. |
After the verified request (Frame2) for Account deletion, the Job Taker/Job Giver/Partner will be prompted to safely transfer the uploaded documents (Manual input/Fill Showroom/Preparation of Program Entry) to their own verified email address. After confirming that the data has been successfully transferred or that the data can be deleted, the Account will be permanently deleted. The deletion will be performed by the right to be forgotten. |
