Sophie does not speak and instead types her responses, which is converted to speech via computer. She also seems to make non-verbal vocalisations to communicate when away from the computer. Sophie lives in the suburbs of Paris. She has lived only with her father since her birth. All her formal communication is only via written messages and voice-over. At a prestigious school, she completed a virtual study program focused on the history of modern art. She has no work experience or acquired work habits. She is 34 years old, and her languages are French, and English. For other foreign languages, she uses an advanced translator. She has an encyclopedic knowledge of audiovisual art. She uses computer technology excellently.

Sophie wants to feel useful and maybe even independent. She also wants to pursue a career in audio media. She dreams of succeeding in radio or emerging Internet TV and believes new technologies will make it possible. However, she does not know how to go to a job interview, has no references, and does not know how to prove her abilities. She welcomes advice and help.

Scenario

We will show her experience with the PW platform and how, thanks to recommendations, how she prove her skills, connected with a Job Giver and, thanks to special Buddy, take her dream job.

User backstory

She quickly learns new things, has a broad overview, knows how to formulate her opinions, writes poems and corresponds with famous artists.

She realizes that she is bedridden and communicates with the world in writing or through an electronically modulated voice. She enjoys attention in a narrow circle of people, indistinguishable from a healthy person.

She wants to be one of the pioneers in using virtual assistants and avatars.

User Action	Sophie does not admit her disability to hinder her pursuit of job opportunities. Before the P.W. platform was created, she was unaware of any suitable virtual tool that would allow her to maintain her physical anonymity while expressing her extroverted personality and seeking employment in the media industry. After the P.W. platform was launched, she became one of the first Job Takers to utilize it.	She easily clicked the WORK button. The website automatically adapted to French. The system identified several devices, so it asked through the chatbot which device Sophie preferred for further communication, and she decided on a hard drive.	She filled in all the fields in the Dashboard, openly communicated her date of birth, and was pleased that she could choose an avatar by digitizing her real photo. As a perimeter, she confidently and expectantly stated her work application without territorial restrictions, i.e. worldwide. From the life intersection need calculator, she chose health. She usually has no problem communicating about her health condition, but this was a new experience because she didn't know what to expect. The chatbot offered her to continue by filling out a more detailed questionnaire or connecting with a P.W. specialist. She agreed with Buddy. She confirmed that she likes to talk to individuals, in her own way.	Her Assessment demonstrated her passion and afinity for the media industry and highlighted her potential in the field of education, showcasing her ability to utilize her intellectual capacity and creativity effectively. In addition to the first test, she took the initiative to seek out, pay for, and complete several other evaluations on the P.W. platform, which she chose to display among her strengths on her Perosnal Pitch in Superpower field. The assessments resulted in various P.W recommendations for developing additional soft skills needed in the media business. Most programs began with a free introductory lesson, after which fees were charged for continued participation.	During the phone conversation, special Buddy identified and detailed Sophia's health issues. Buddy confirmed the priorities of her health limitations and found that immobility is not an obstacle for Sophie. The topic remained her speaking through a voice modulator. Buddy also confirmed the results from the assessment, which indicated that Sophie loves contact with individuals but is afraid of crowds.	After clicking the Sky of Vacances button, she surprisingly discovered that there were too many positions, so she narrowed her perimeter to what she considered the top destination of the media industry. Several personalities from the media world agreed to the unusual interview and were chastened by the bluntness and wit of the interviews, and some boasted about the interviews on social networks.	Thanks to the recommendations of P.W., Sophie obtained several certificates for conducting interviews, presentation of performances, English language, dramaturgy, and writing scripts and was awarded a high ranking for personal improvement. She received positive references from community members and personalities. She has verified in practice that she can work despite her handicap, and her professional environment knows that.
