The Job Giver button allows employers to subscribe the numbers of Job Takers to an assessment/program/service easily by paying and specifying the job type, industry, and perimeter. The Job Giver sees the personal progress in the recommended programs and the Job Taker's ranking on the Personal Pitch and can decide to finance their personal development and life intersection needs. The Job Giver can decide to finance personal development and life intersection needs of Job Takers as an investment for future needs, strategy decisions as a market/industry leader, improvement of one's social status, and from the conviction of the correctness of humanbein development. |
