Xuan lives under Lang Biang mountain in the middle of coffee plantations. A young Vietnamese who has also experienced in-life troubles and knows how difficult it is to get out of it. Xuan drives motorcycles, bikes, and small boats used in Vietnam for transportation. He transports coffee from the plantation to markets and ports. He knows people and local customs. In addition to his native Vietnamese, he understands Chinese and has the basics of English and French.

He wants to return what he got. He knows what it means to help others. Xuan needs to earn money for his school. He has the motivation to become a P.W Master one day.

We will showcase Xuan's working experience on the PW platform as a Driver.

User backstory

He grew up and lived on the street in a homeless community. As a teenager, he was taken in by the martial arts master of Viet Vo Dao who gave him a basic education. Master became his inspiring personality pattern. The boy became an exemplary student, began to work seasonally on coffee plantations, and obtained a driver's license. People appreciate his approach, responsibility, and perseverance. Xuan is in great shape, and regularly participates in and wins sports matches. He is constantly working on himself and improving. He is planning his own school of martial arts with the blessing of his teacher.

User action	Xuan regularly drives coffee beans to the harbor and some hotels and shops in the marketplace of Nha Trang City, which is also a visited tourist center. At the traditional market, he met Trang, the owner of a small street food, who told him about her new work experience as a Buddy for the P.W platform. Hotels and other companies fill job positions through the platform, and she helps them with that. And she makes extra money. That sounded inspiring to Xuan.	After training with the master, Xuan visited the P.W. platform through his smartphone. Platform geolocalized him and translated it into Vietnamese. Immediately on the main page, he saw the "Become a Buddy" button in his native language. Through Q/A, he learned about the individual work steps, the reward for their execution, and the possibility of another personal perspective. He decided to take advantage of this opportunity, because he has nothing to lose, only to gain.	Xuan easily logged in via the Buddy button and went through the assessment. After completing the assessment, the Dashboard was activated. He discovered virtual instructions on how to assist Job Takers and related tests. He looked at the understandable instructions, which were step-by-step and followable in real-time, and nothing bothered him. Xuan returned to them several times and finally passed the test. Even after a successful test, access was still possible at any time after successful authentication.	After completing the test, Xuan also read the first message from the P.W. platform with interest in a virtual interview. By click, he arranged a call. The Virtual Assistant spoke to him online through the P.W. communication gateway. They had an encouraging conversation. They agreed, and Xuan signed the contract simply with his finger. Subsequently, he received several appointments for virtual training, which he could complete several times, even by repeating the lessons. During the training, he was drawn into the community of Buddies from his territory, and besides Tiang, he got to know virtually other Buddies around him. The Virtual Assistant appreciated him, and Xuan contacted the first Job Taker under Tiang's supervision. Everything turned out great.	From now on, Xuan could work independently. Through the Dashboard, he continued his personal development, and through the Sky of Job Taker, he tracked those who could use his services. According to his time, he applied for a task and after completing it, he immediately received the money in his account. He has access to various unique tools and accesses including an instant two-way language translator or verified access to public administration communication portals.	Xuan thrives as a Buddy-Driver, completing tasks for Job Takers. At the same time, he is spreading positive references about the benefits of using the P.W platform in the community he came from, from the street among the homeless. In doing so, he gains maturity from the experience of working for others, and his confidence in his own abilities grows. He is gradually accumulating funds for his school, which he is planning. He decided to combine his plans for martial arts school with another career at P.W. He is a respected valid member of Buddies in the territory with the opportunity to advance to Buddy-Master. This requires a series of further education, this time not only virtual but under the guidance of specialized P.W trainers. After successfully mastering the development program and training with other Buddy-Masters, Xuan decides whether to move on or stay. In any case, he decided to complete the educational program and is looking forward to the perspective and the possibility of free choice.
