Victoria monitored the work of Buddy Drivers using the P.W. system and maintained flexible communication with several Buddy Masters to address various Life intersection needs. Additionally, she handled calls from laid-off Job Takers whose cases had been escalated to her level. This project proved to be successful, as many of the laid-off employees found new job opportunities in other companies through the P.W. platform.
