The sexual activity of men and women of the same sex is illegal in the country, he is threatened with persecution and therefore hides his homosexuality. Ahmed is 21 years old and speaks Arabic and understands IT terminology in English. He has completed 3 semesters at a prestigious university focusing on Applied Mathematics and Computational Science and several virtual courses in ethical hacking, programming, and Python. Until now, he has only worked part-time and on a non-disclosure agreement remotely as a freelancer. Ahmed comes from a large family living traditionally.

Ahmed is currently feeling unsafe in his country and is looking to relocate to a more tolerant country where he can find a job and restart his university studies. His top choices are Germany and Great Britain, as he has been considering these countries for quite some time. He's interested in the possibility of combining work with his studies and is hoping to receive a scholarship or some form of financial assistance to support his education. He intends to work alongside his studies. He is certain that he wants to work in the IT field. However, IT is a broad area and he has limited experience. He is also unsure if he will be appealing to employers in the new job market. He would like to explore whether his skills have applications in other fields as well. He will only go back when the legal conditions regarding LGBTQ+ rights in the country change. His grandfather and father run a small family-owned jewelry workshop specializing in traditional white gold designs passed down for generations.

User action	After revealing his sexual orientation on University, Ahmed became withdrawn and spent a lot of time on the Internet. The situation was unbearable, and that is why he thought about how to finish his studies in the field that interests him. Ahmed looked at suitable universities in Great Britain and Germany. On the university webpages among the cooperating partners he saw P.W. Initially, he didn't think about work, just that he wanted to finish his studies. He ran into a problem with a reference from his current university he left but needed for transfer and scholarship. He likes to listen to podcasts like The School of Greatness, Leadership and Loyalty, or Women at Work. On his favorite WorkLife with Adam Grant, he heard an interview with Buddy from the P.W platform, which convinced him.	As a tech-savvy individual, he first checked the site's security and discovered it had the highest level of protection available. He made sure that his personal data is in a secure environment with the right to be forgotten.	He clicked on the WORK button and authenticated using a combination of passkey and FinTech token. The system geolocated him and predicted his fear of detection. Therefore, the chatbot assured him that his data would not be misused and that managing it in P.W. would not endanger him. Signed out.	Ahmed has low self-confidence, doesn't believe in himself, and doubts his abilities, who he is, and what he has potential for. He decided to try the P.W. evaluation, about which he read positive references in master journals. After reconnecting and authenticating, he passed the assessment smoothly but remained uncertain about what to expect. He was astonished. From the performances he saw in Personal Pitch, he learned, for example, about his ability to learn new things and also his affinity for the technology industry. This motivated him to pursue his goal of completing his university studies in Europe. Also was named his talent in the field of sales. Although he always felt natural in the family shop in contact with customers, he never thought about his business skills and ability to care for customers. He filled in all personnel data on the dashboard but did not allow their visibility except for his nickname. Since he specified Europe in the perimeter with the priority of Great Britain and Germany, he found the first three lessons of the German language prepaid in the recommended section. The P.W. system also recommended several educational courses in programming and soft personal development with focus on self-awareness through self-confidence training, discipline through healthy routines, visualization of goals, and acceptance of feedback. Buddy identified some bottlenecks hindering their progress, such as the lack of relevant references for continuing education on university and opportunities for college scholarship. To address this, Buddy arranged for Ahmed to have an interview and subsequent test with a respected professor at a prestigious university. As a result, Ahmed received an excellent written reference from the professor. During regular calls with the group, they celebrated the achievement of receiving this reference together. In the community, Ahmed also talk with other members who treated him with respect and without prejudice, which significantly boosted his self-confidence and helped him start believing in himself again.	He saw the first relevant vacancies immediately after completing the initial assessment and completing the perimeter. Ahmed chose those positions that offered the option to work remotely and study. One of the companies he applied to was a German IT firm located within the university's business incubator, which integrates studies, research, and projects for the commercial sector. The interview went smoothly, and Ahmed successfully passed the required tests. The client appreciated his approach, demonstrated by several documented activities on the P.W. platform. This evidence was crucial for his work permit application and dealings with the migration office.
