User action While serving a valuable client, the bank's Chairman, Max confided that he had no one to pass on his craft to. He has no children of his own, and his team is similar in age to himself. He has enough strength to pass on his know-how to others, but he has no one. A mature CEO recommended the P.W. platform to him. After working for clients, he sat at his tailoring table and opened his laptop. He usually visited his website to post the latest models made by his team for the presidential reception and photographed by a professional photographer. This time, he clicked on the P.W. platform. Simple. After clicking on PEOPLE, he was geolocated at his prestigious address, confirmed by entering the company ID. A virtual assistant came in and answered all his questions. He decided to submit, but first discuss it with his life partner at home. His partner supported him, so Max filled out the assessment with him the next day and filled in the first data in the Dashboard. He was worried if he would be able to write who he was looking for. He was assured by the chatbot that he should freely write in his own words what his expectations are. Based on his description, P.W. processed the vacancy formulation, including the requirements for the candidate, within a minute. Max agreed with the wording, because it was not complicated, did not use any technical phrases, and was written concisely and in human language. The chatbot recommended making a video with an introductory speech. Max liked that. Without much preparation, he turned on the camera on his laptop and told a short story about the history of his tailoring business, a few words about himself, and who he was looking for. With his last words, he raised his laptop and made a short virtual presentation of the tailoring workshop. The P.W. system proposed several versions, and after confirmation, the video immediately appeared in the Showroom of Company Pitch. After the Company's Pitch gained visibility, many of Max's clients, including business owners, CEOs, and celebrities, displayed their personalized written references, tagged him positively, or awarded him badges in the Showroom. Max decided to provide financial support to war veterans because his grandfather fought as a soldier on the side of the insurgents of the Slovak National Uprising. As a result, he earned a strong reputation early on. When the job vacancy was announced, the “Sky of Personal Pitches” was activated, allowing exploration and selection among suitable Job Takers. Max had questions about suitable individual profiles, so he called through the P.W. platform with Buddy for assistance. Buddy answered his questions, and Max then began conducting personal interviews with selected Job Takers in the perimeter of Central Europe. During this process, Max discovered a personalized message from a Job Taker outside the designated perimeter. The story of an orphan from the war in the former Yugoslavia caught his attention. This young man dreamed of the opportunity to work in Max's tailoring workshop. In his Personal Pitch documentary a strong willingness to learn and a passion for fine craftsmanship, despite having no work experience and work habits. Max considered this lack of experience as an advantage and decided to reach out to him. He learned that the young man's name was Dusan and that he lived in a youth shelter in Serbia, with perspective at a local textile factory. During the interview, Dušan expressed that he had a good understanding of textiles and a passion for dress tailoring. Native Serbian, spoke conversational English, albeit with a strong accent. Dušan was led in a community managed by Buddy Master to spend time together in small groups with shared experiences, individual disciplines, mental games, group activities, and decision-making by young people in an age-appropriate manner. Weekly personal meetings in as known as Buddy's groups or P.W.'s Points are a key element of his development. When Dušan caught Max’s attention, Buddy was available not only to answer questions but also to gather the necessary documentation for obtaining working visas at the Slovak embassy in Serbia, along with travel documents. He supervised Dusan's improvement in English, and Max also taught him the basics of Slovak. Buddy also oversaw the collection of Dusan's student work in dress-making. Max sent Dusan a manual test and watched him from afar as he cut the slats and sewed several patterns with his free hand in Buddy's presence. It was possible to see videos of Dusan getting involved in community activities, his communication skills, and his acceptance by the group. He chose Dusan, covering the travel expenses and arranging accommodation with help from Buddy Master through the P.W. network in Slovakia. After arriving in Slovakia, Dusan's contact with the community group did not end. He continued to remain in the group as a role model for the others, who encouraged him in his adaptation to the new environment.
