🎯 User goal

LogisRoom provides a wide range of educational programs, especially for young people. Thanks to the connection with the P.W. platform, be able to globalize their products give services in a more targeted manner, and see how and with what success the applicants use them in practice or when getting a job. In addition, they have access to data that is more significant than that obtained solely through their programs. Finally, they aim to increase profits through payments from Job Givers and Job Takers worldwide.

We will show how LogisRoom created a Partner Pitch with educational programs on the P.W. platform.

User backstory

LogisRoom is a Romanian company that currently operates in some Central European countries. Despite unique products of evident quality, their expansion is too slow due to the fulfillment of individual conditions from country to country. With access to P.W., they can concentrate on enhancing their programs.

User action The founders of LogisRoom are among scaleups that have already experienced initial success with their products and have been thinking about how to expand for some time. They build business networks, listen to podcasts by successful people, and attend investor meetups. They noticed the launch of P.W. online but were uncertain if it was too expensive. At a select Hackathon in Tel Aviv, they met a group of founders and CEOs who talked about their great experiences connecting their platforms, bots, and applications with P.W. After returning, they decided to try it out. The first visit to the site left them in awe. After clicking on "Partner, let's make a better world and earn money with us," they were redirected to a dedicated page for Partners. There, a virtual assistant awaited their arrival, ready to guide them through the settings, as well as the basic and advanced tools for connecting to P.W. The assistant guided them to accessing outputs, creating P.W. assessments, frameworks, and design rules, and answered questions about business plans, fee policies, terms and conditions, or service-level agreements. They could quickly test the connection of the applications they were developing or their entire platform with P.W. Additionally, they were promptly offered a developer account for independent development and publishing of a unique application for P.W., all in just a few clicks. The Co-founder and Operation Officer authenticated with the company bank account and, after confirming the consent management and contractual documentation, entered the company registration number. Everything followed automatically. The system downloaded all the company data from available official sources, and approval was obtained from P.W. Since there were no obstacles, they could directly connect to existing virtual programs. The Operation Officer clicked the Perimeter of the entire world. Done. He confirmed the corporate data in a few clicks in a minute. Now he could focus on connecting his programs for their use by Job Takers and Job Givers in the P.W. environment. The activities on the Dashboard focused on defining paid and unpaid levels according to the selected business plan. The P.W. system automatically managed the connection, alerted to the necessary activity, made outputs available, and chose sufficient security protection. Proxy Prompts were assigned in real-time by the P.W. side, and the Operational Officer consistently had qualified support available. He can make changes 24/7 to add other existing programs, adjust the paid and unpaid levels flexibly, and prioritize programs with special offers and promotions. These promotions will not only be visible on their Partner Pitch but also highlighted on the main Partner page. The motivation is to get to the main Partner page among the best programs, applications of the week/month, year, or in individual categories based on popularity, number of uses, newest, focus on education, and solving life intersections needs. LogisRoom is gradually growing in business on P.W., its Programs are gaining popularity, as seen in the increase in reputation score. P.W. system recommends their programs based on the results of assessments selected by Job Takers. They are already registering an increase in directly paid orders from Job Givers, Job Takers, and even Buddies. They decided to move on to the application development of new programs tailored to the needs of Job Takers, Job Givers, and Buddies directly on P.W. P.W. enables the development of completely new programs. The P.W. offers development manuals and virtual assistance through IT development tools, a testing laboratory, and access to data, studies, and surveys. As a result, LogissRoom is gradually establishing itself as a global player and a partner of P.W. It collaborates not only through virtual programs but also engages in the management of P.W's educational centers that operate in remote and inaccessible parts of the world.
