Success metrics

Goal Metric
Matrix provides a secure virtual environment for developing both cognitive and non-cognitive skills, as well as for honing healthy routines essential for work and real life. This training arena simulates a realistic experience in developing necessary skills. The Interactive Stage promotes genuine interaction with community members, teachers, fellow Job Takers, corporate trainers, or J.A.R.V.I.S. (responds to the user in a way that appeals to reality). - Motivating statistics, Awards, Legal References, Certificates of ability verification. - Objectified achievement of the level of maturity of the acquired ability.

Assumptions

The design of the Matrix function should inspire and motivate users to use it and interact with others. The space should be non-injurious but at the same time healthy "kicking" to its use, i.e., the functionality should convert the created dopamine, into exact value for the user. Do not waste time, but in a playful way, train skills needed in work and life.

Requirements

Requirement User Story Importance Jira Issue Notes
Matrix is one of the top items on Job Taker’s landing screen (Home Button). As Job Taker, after login, I will see my home screen where I can easily locate the button that enables me to view and edit my Matrix.
Matrix (technologically Construct) serves as a creative space for personal development, comparable to a universe where anything is possible. Therefore, its format, content, and key messages must be highly customizable in a user-friendly manner (Fill Training Arena). As a Job Taker, I want a personalized and supportive environment where I can practice my skills. I would like to have the option to train with other Job Takers, community members, or independently with J.A.R.V.I.S. Depending on the training program, I may work under the supervision of a professional trainer/Buddy or a supervisor from my future employer/Job Giver. In the future, consider offering 3 ways to design the Job Taker Matrix: 1. Off-the-shelf content design elements and templates 2. AI-driven suggestions based on the personal’s profile data 3. Blank canvas option (content subject to approval) This document only covers the first option.
Upon accessing the Matrix for the first time, Job Taker is greeted (J..A.R.V.I.S.) with a instruction video (or animation) demonstration of what is possible. As a Job Taker, when entering the Matrix feature for the first time, I’m blown away by all the cool, creative stuff that’s possible and that I can readily adopt for my personal growth.
With the individual settings (Manual Input) of the Matrix, the Job Taker will create a personalized safe space. With the support, Job Taker will spend valuable time achieving desired goals. As a Job Taker, when designing my Matrix, I can easily find various open-ended environments that provide a high degree of freedom to explore, create, and interact without strict, predetermined goals or linear progression. As a Job Taker, I can set my own objectives and experiment with the world and mechanics of the Matrix, much like how children play freely in a physical sandbox. Common features of these environments include open worlds and often incorporate elements of building, crafting, exploration, and interaction. This allows me to experiment with combining them to create a unique design that effectively conveys my personal key employer branding message. Training Cognitive & Non-Cognitive Abilities and Routines effectively involves my consistency, progress tracking, and intentional habits. Manual input involves me a step-by-step setup to develop and reinforce as: - Set Clear Goals: I can define specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals for each area. - Make Task List: I can choose abilities and routines to help me make money, shape my body, foster creativity, expand knowledge, and develop a strong mindset. - Create a Schedule: I can allocate specific times each day or week to focus on each ability or routine. - Create a new Own Action. - Set up: Alarms, notifications, cues, reminders and triggers. Track Personal Progress, monitor consistency, and improvements. Celebrations of wins to stay motivated. Review and optimise what’s working and what’s not. Adjustment of routines to better suit my lifestyle and goals. Sharing goals with fellow Job Takers, Buddies, Job Givers, and Communities. Finding accountability members for mutual encouragement. Maturity of Practice, a Discipline & Patience. Live Training Routines. Refining Knowledge. One to One / Multiple Job Taker Battles. Entry to Job Giver Onboarding Programmes. Entry to Community Challenges. (Alone) Homework. J.A.R.V.I.S. as a Cato. Invisible Labour Market Identity (ILMI). The Matrix could improve Job Taker skills as follows: 1. Cognitive Abilities: - Train logical and strategic thinking using interactive virtual games and tasks. - Utilize a real-time multiplayer mode with AI to develop decision-making skills. - Explore holographic displays to understand complex concepts (e.g., in AR/VR environments). 2. Non-Cognitive Abilities: - Develop coordination and reflexes through haptic feedback and motion sensors. - Build discipline and patience through regular training in virtual scenarios. - Enhance social skills in multiplayer mode with other users. 3. Healthy Routines and Application in Real Life/Work: - Set regular training sessions to improve concentration and resilience. - Use sensor integration (gyroscope, accelerometer) to monitor movement and support physical activity. - Apply learned strategies and techniques (e.g., work scheduling, decision-making) in daily life and employment.
From (Task List), Job Taker can: - View the list of actions present in the system. …Recommendations of Abilities and Routines (from J.A.R.V.I.S., Buddy, Job Giver, Community), Community Challenges, Job Giver Onboarding Programmes, Job Taker Battles (Sparring Programmes), Live trainings, (Alone) Homework, Own Action - Apply filters to narrow down the list of actions. - Search for actions in the list by entering search strings in the Search field. - Create a new Own Action. - View an action. Job Takers can manage and track their (Task), monitor their progress, and implementation, and plan the next steps. They can also celebrate the results achieved and, under Buddy's supervision, share them with the Community and with Job Givers. Job Takers will be able to edit any of the Tasks. They can be called for certain Task milestones to confirm correctness, truthfulness, acceptance, etc.
Job Taker’s Matrix tracks each unique user’s activity and awards them “experience points” (XP) Experience Points (XPs) are awarded for achievements in games, quizzes, battles, challenges, and other activities. The XP earned can be used to purchase company merchandise, access premium levels of development programs, and provide an advantage to Job Seekers when applying for positions with specific Job Givers.
